CANADIAN ORDERS - WE ARE CANADIAN!
All items are in Canadian Funds and ship from Burlington, ON Canada. There will be no surprise exchange rate fees charged by your credit card provider. Since the product ships from Canada, there will be no lengthy customs delays and no duty to be collected upon arrival. You will recieve your order within DAYS, not weeks, or sometimes months.
SHIPPING CARRIER
Orders over $40.00 (before shipping and taxes) are shipped via Fedex or Canada Post Expedited, whichever option places your order in your hands faster. If you live in a rural area or are shipping to a PO Box, expect it by way of Canada Post Expedited.
Orders under $40.00 (before shipping and taxes) are typically sent by Canada Post Lettermail. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. If you would like faster shipping, please call 1-888-609-7740 and order over the phone. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Normal Expected Processing time - 1-2 Business Days.

Since we are not in control of the delivery trucks, we can't guarantee the delivery times above. You can however, use the transit times map above to help determine reasonable delivery expectations. Remember, from the time you order until the time you receive it is the Processing Time + Transit Time. Orders are shipped out of Burlington, ON, Canada.
We make every attempt to ship within 24 hours, however during busy periods processing times can take up to 48hrs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide, but encourage American residents to order through our US site. Any US orders will be charged in Canadian Funds and can result in lengthy delivery times due to customs delays, as well as possible customs duty fees that would be payable upon delivery. International orders outside of North America may also be subject to addtional shipping charges and can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
